Each Player has a maximum of 10 minutes after the start of the tournament to show up (scheduled match time +10 minutes).
No draws can be possible in an NXG event.
In case of a draw in points, the participant or team with the highest amounts of kills wins. In case of a draw in kills prior the draw in points, participants and teams will face off in a private 1v1 game that will determine the winner.
If any issues are encountered in a match, it’s the player’s responsibility to create a dispute and reach out to the NXG team via Intercom on the NXG Web-Platform.
If you experience any bug or connection issues during the tournament, you are responsible to record it and submit a protest with the evidence to the NXG team.
NXG has the complete right to accept or deny the protest.
